Lance 11'3" LC900 Camper fully contained, interior (Teal) sleeps
four adults & one child comfortable, extended cab cover with many extras, great condition. White with blue strip along the sides. Has innerspring queen size bed, oven, stove, 3 way refrig./freezer (Gas,12volt/110volt) shower & toilet. Onan LPG generator, two 7 gallon propane tanks, air cond./heater, outside shower,awning w/lights, roof & ladder rack, T.V. antenna wired for cable ready.
6 gallon electric ignition water heater, 25 gallon gray tank, 25
gallon black tank & 40 gallon fresh water tank. Hydralic swing
out jacks for dually. Can tow w/unit on truck has towbar. I am the original owner since brand new. We have used it alot but have kept it in good clean condition. It is 12 years old and weather on the outside but great condition on the inside. Has never leaked and WE DO NOT SMOKE. 1989 GMC truck not included.
