4227 pound dry weight with one slide-out (dinette) . Air conditioned, ducted heat, electric or gas hot water, 2 door electric or gas refrigerator,2-30 pound gas bottles, automatic switchover, spare wheel and tire. Electric landing jacks, scissor stabiliizing jacks, queen size bed. 721 pound hitch weight. Fresh water capacity 35 gal. Black water and gray water capacity 29 gallons. No pets have ever been in trailer and no one has ever smoked in it. Unit has rear bath, electric slide-out. We have added many touches including a door mirror and radio and TV exterior jacks and hardware for an exterior, removabale shelf. The slide out has an awinig as well.
The unit is for sale with its tow vehicle, a 1998 Ford F-150 XLT supercab truck. There are only 71,000 miles on the truck and it too is in very good condition. The truck has captains chairs, an AM/FM cassette radio, speed control, tilt steering, power windows and locks, 4.6 V-8 engine, towing package, automatic transmission, spray on bed liner, 1745 pound payload, 7000 pound maximum trailer towing capacity, medium graphite interior, towing package.
