This is not a conventional toy hauler but a Fleetwood modified trailer turned into one as can be seen in the pics. There is a large door in the living room slide 4 foot tall and 5 foot wide that is large enough for a full size quad. The trailer is 30 foot long but has an additional 4 foot of length added as a result of the welded box in the rear large enough for another quad, storage and a generator as can be seen in the pics. This camper has very large basement storage, lots of closet space in bedroom, glass enclosed shower/tub, couch is removable to accomodate quad, lots of open floor space, swivel chair,newer electric fridge, microwave, table, pantry, shelves dual sink stove with oven. Cosmetically this is not the prettiest 5th wheel as I bought it with some roof damage that consequently caused some water damage, and a few dings that can be seen in the pics from being banged up on a tree and thus the awning is torn and fixtures are bent. The good news is the roof has been recently sealed the damaged areas patched and all systems work. I put 4 brand new balanced 8-ply trailer tires in November of 2005 and has full size trailer spare. The bearings were just repacked last week and brand new brakes were placed on all around. This unit is equipped with electric jacks and scissor levelers with new gears (in the jacks) as I just had them serviced. The furnace and AC work great. AM/FM Cassette work great. Has a little road rash from a blow out but it has also been sealed. All pictures are current within the last 30 days. Has dual batteries less than a year old. The trailer is ready to hit the road. Matter of fact I will be using it while this auction runs. Has a satelite dish, Boosted TV Antenna, and radio antenna. Has two electric vents with covers. Any other questions or further requests for pics pls ask. I have this trailer insured for $12.5 K as is which is the low NADA for this unit exclusive of the add toy hauler add ons. I've taken into account the usual wear and tear along with cosmetic imperfections in the price set. |
