Trailer has 23' main awning, awnings on all side windows, screen on rear window. Has satellite dish but no receiver. Ladder to roof & there are no leaks in the roof. Brand new tires (all 4) and brand new batteries (2). Tire covers on all tires. Exterior is very nice and has been thoroughly cleaned & waxed recently. Interior is very clean and ready to move into. Trailer has 3 slide-outs and the large slide has a new control board installed. Includes a 2400 Watt Inverter, which has wiring and storage bay available for a 3d battery. There are 2 refrigerators, a propane furnace, a dual air conditioner under the floor, and ample storage for any size family. This trailer is set up for full-time RVing summer & winter. Bedroom is in front of trailer w/full closet & makeup desk, bathroom is split by hall, step down to kitchen, rear area is living room. All windows are tinted. Set up with charging unit to add solar panels. Wt 11000, non-smokers, no pets have been in trailer. Rear leveler jacks & front A frame jack.
