new rebuilt onan generator; new rebuilt frig; new microwave; 3 new tires; auto leveling jacks; 454 engine with approx 86,300 miles; approx 6-8 mpg; RUNS GREAT! queen size bed in back; 2 AC units; 2 TV's; VCR; central vac (works); shower/tub by itself; commode in room by itself; sink located by itself; coffee maker; couch makes out into double bed; power seats; power windows; icebox in steps; passenger seat and driver's seat swivel to make one bed; unit sleeps 4 comfortably; 2 holding tanks; lighted cabinets-some with glass w/flowers on them; Loads of cabinet space; we had small dog, but no accidents nor did he shed; no smoking in unit since we had it; We have had it for 3 years. It has gone to FL 3 times and camping at different locations in WV, PA and MD about 4-5 times a year. We tow a vehicle with us. Inside is very nice. Outside needs painted. It has no awning.
