I had purchased this 5th wheel travel trailer to live in through a lein sale. I did it backwards. I had not secured a space prior to the purchase. I have spent so much money on hotel rooms as I am looking for other means of residency.
I have decided that this is just not in the cards for me at this time and am willing to take a loss and sell the trailer for the 1st reasonable offer. I am located in Long Beach, California. The trailer is in Yucaipa and is available to be seen by apppointment.
This trailer was designed with the family in mind. It has a spacious L designed kitchen with a nearly new Magic Chef range, top and oven and a generous wall mounted fridge and freezer.
There is the Queen size sleeping quarters in the "nose" area that has a vanity with mirror installed - the ceiling lining does need to be reattached or restapled; the shower and commode compartment is actually spacious with the sink and vanity cabinet x the "hall" with LOTS of drawer and cabinet space. There is also a twin bench and bunk (Bunk needs some upgraded fastners to the wall unit) at the back end of the unit.
There is an AC unit in the trailer as well as two new propane tanks.
The carpet needs to be either replaced or deep cleaned. This unit had been in storage for over 10 years and a small family of cats had decided to make it - their home.
