1997 27 ft. Sandpiper RV it has a seperate bedroom with full size bed.the bathroom is large with full size shower and small bathtub. it has a free standing table in kitchen but no benches. they were taken out to create more living space and to provide room for desk and computer. this rv is in good shape inside and out. it needs some repairs but could be fixed up nice. the air works great and heating also. It is very clean,there was some smoking in it but very little and there is no smell of smoke. It has a pull out couch the mechanics are good on it but needs a new couch. it also need window dressings and some other minor repairs. over all this RV could be fixed up to suit your personality very easy and for very little money. It has a custimized welded carrier on the back end for extra storage and hauling,we paid a lot to have put on. There is storage under the bed and an extra shower on outside of rv. lots of cupboards space.
