This coach is a 1985 Fleetwood "Limited" Class A motor home. It is 36 feet long with dual rear axles. The "Limited" model was the top of the Fleetwood line with everything included - no options. It has three (3) doors: one on each side of the cab plus a third, primary entrance door in the center of the coach.
Mileage is 59,000. It was just smogged and passed with flying colors. The Chevy 454 truck engine runs well and the shop manual is included. The alternator, EGR valve, both fuel pumps, all batteries and the fuel lines were replaced over the last two months. Tires have about 1,000 miles on them and look to be in good condition. This coach has been stored for several years in Sunnyvale, CA.
The interior layout consists of the living area at the front followed by the L-shaped kitchen with dinette opposite. There's a bedroom with queen-sized bed and a spacious bathroom at the rear of the coach. Cabinetry throughout the coach is solid oak, not veneer, so it does not warp.
There are two ceiling mounted air conditioners plus three opening ceiling vents: two in the kitchen area and one in the bathroom. There is a custom-made, adjustable height drink holder/table combination mounted over the engine compartment in the cab area.
